2023's Little Africa Festival and Parade is scheduled for August 6, 2023 at Hamlin Park located at 1564 Lafond Avenue St. Paul, MN 55104. The time of this event is from 12pm to 9pm CT.

Little Africa Festival and Parade 2023 is searching for local artists to showcase an original performance that best celebrates your representation of community, your artistry and the African experience. All performances must be original to the artist.

Applicants will be reviewed with our Little Africa Artist Advisory Committee. Due to a high volume of applications, we will be limiting the number of artists for the Little Africa Festival and Parade 2023. We will notify you by phone or email to let you know if your application is approved as well as the next step.
